These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in The Airbnb Missing Link Workshop (the "Workshop") offered by Vacation Masters. By registering for or accessing the Workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or access the Workshop.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to the Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Your Access License
Your registration grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the live Workshop, the replay, and the included bonuses for your own personal use. This license is granted solely to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
- You may not share your access links, login details, or workshop materials with anyone who has not purchased the Workshop.
- You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display the Workshop content without our written permission.
- All materials, recordings, and tools are owned by Vacation Masters and protected by intellectual property laws.
3. What You Receive
Your $47 purchase includes access to the live The Airbnb Missing Link Workshop, the replay, and three bonuses: the Airbnb policy training recording (Bonus #1), the AI implementation tool (Bonus #2), and a private 30-minute strategy session with Johnny (Bonus #3).
- The live Workshop is scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM PST; a replay is provided for those who cannot attend live.
- Bonus #1 and Bonus #2 are delivered digitally and are available shortly after purchase.
- Bonus #3 is a private strategy session scheduled after you complete the Workshop, subject to availability.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment is processed in full at the time of registration through our third-party payment processor. The total price for the Workshop and all included bonuses is $47 USD, plus any applicable taxes. Any optional order bump selected at checkout is charged in addition to the base price.
5. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
Your purchase is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you go through the Workshop and decide it isn't for you, contact us to request a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to support@vacationmasters.com within a reasonable time after completing the Workshop.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as accessing and downloading all materials and then requesting a refund while retaining the content, or sharing access links in violation of these Terms.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Workshop and its materials lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not disrupt the live session or harass other participants.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or content.
- Do not use the Workshop to solicit others or promote competing products.
- Do not misrepresent the Workshop content as your own.
7. Educational Use Only
The Workshop is educational in nature and provides general information about diagnosing Airbnb listings. It is not legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Your results depend on your own efforts, market conditions, and the specifics of your property. Please review our Disclaimers page for the full earnings and results disclaimer.
8. Third-Party Services & Trademarks
The Workshop references third-party platforms and tools (such as Airbnb and ChatGPT). Vacation Masters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, OpenAI, or any other third-party service mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vacation Masters and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Workshop. Our total liability for any claim related to the Workshop is limited to the amount you paid us ($47), except where prohibited by law.
10. Changes to the Workshop & Terms
We may update the schedule, format, or content of the Workshop and these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered participants of material changes by email or within the Workshop. Continued access after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
